ace 250 at beach?
« on: February 25, 2011, 09:25:08 PM »
hi. Im wondering what mode i should set my ace 250 at when im at the beach. I know that coins would be good because lots of people drop coins at beaches but i also think that i should set it at all metals just to make sure that i dont miss anything. If you have any advice please post back.

Thanks :)

you always better to leave it on all metal and try to get used to your tones for iron aluminium copper and alike also you might want to stay on the drier sand as the 250 can sometimes give you fake signals on the wet although lowering your sensitivity could help this

Keep your sensitivity down until the detector is stable, Dig every thing to start with until you get to know or understand what the detector is telling you, bottom line if in doubt dig it out. GL
