My Deteknix Pin-pointer is now 25 months old and out of warranty, it started falsing  very badly so I ordered a new one as it has been very good, thought I would open it for a look as I had nothing to lose and it was only a small nut that that had come adrift and now it's fixed and working again, I had a Garrett that started falsing (that's why I bought the xpointer) and it was sent back and replaced with a new one and has only been used 5 or 6 times in the two years I have had it, I don't need two spare pin-pointers so the Garrett is up for sale, as new £55.00, PM  me if interested.
