Definitely a nurses belt, when I worked in the naval hospital I often removed them as of a night time  ;)

Jings Grant I did not realize you were around in late Victorian times.  I think too that the nurses may not have known you were a time traveler.  If they had then perhaps they might have kept a tighter hold on their belt buckles.
