Derek and sharon
« on: November 26, 2016, 09:06:33 PM »
Hi guys I'm not 100% sure if the jungle drums have started beating yet but I've been asked by Derek to post this. Derek and Sharon were involved in a serious RTA on the way to the coil to the soil dig down south Sharon was air lifted to hospital with serious injuries. Derek has kept me informed since it happened and I am now passing it onto you guys. Sharon is in hospital in Newcastle and thankfully she is stable. I won't go into her injuries as it's not my place to do so and I will keep you updated on this post. I,m sure you will all join me in wishing her a speedy recovery and I'm sure all our thoughts are with them.

I've received a nice picture of her in her bed today where she is managing a smile so hopefully it will continue to be better and better news so we will keep you posted.

If we can get a card by the end of tomorrow's dig, those present can sign it and again next sunday
Oh look! another arsehole ;-) (people watching the professional beggars round central station)

So sorry to hear that. What a dreadful thing to happen to such a lovely couple but at least she's in a stable condition. Keep your chin up Derek and best wishes to Sharon for a speedy recovery.
