Another Fraudy hammered and Ring Thing

This post include's a photo taken on Fraudy 's IPhone which as you can see is fantastic :  )

The silver coin is another yawn English Penny (long cross) of Edward I - with Latin Legend saying Civitas London meaning minted and struck in London - as for the ring thing cannae make out much detail to give it any thought?
