More cancer problems operation next Wednesday
« on: October 18, 2017, 11:04:32 AM »
Following on from finding blood in my urine I had a camera job up my penis and into my bladder only to find I have cancerous growths on my bladder wall. These will be removed and investigated to see if the cancer has spread into the muscles in the next couple of weeks so the chemo for the follicular lymphoma I suffer with will have to be suspended until this has been dealt with. To say I am devastated would be an understatement and to quite honest I feel like just giving up !!! Not been the best couple of years for me. :( :( :( :( :( :(

Not the news we were all hoping for John. Quite understand how you are feeling and why, but hey  -  life is precious and you are surrounded by folk who want you around.

Have a wee bit 'down time' by all means, but I really hope you can get over that and fight back.

All the best and be assured you are in our thoughts.

Bob.

Hey John, sorry to hear that, I also can understand why you're  feeling so disheartened at the moment after hearing that crappy news.  I am sure a lucky break will be around the corner and you'll be back on the road to recovery soon. All the very best, Craig

That's rotten news John mate, and I like you would be pissed off as well and would be downing a few doubles. Although as Uncle Bob says life is to  precious so fight it John with everything you've got mate, your too well liked by too many people who think the world of you mate and there is still far too much good game oot there to blow away and stick into the pot for a gid cook like you to enjoy and to many hammies in the grun lol. We are all right behind John mate.God Bless.
