Any idea what this coin is please

Hi all,

Went out today found a few nice bits and bobs, but have no idea what this coin is, any ideas will be greatly welcomed.

Hi Tony, sorry can't help with Id but if you put in in vinegar for a day or two that may clean it up a bit.

Hi Tony In your top picture I can see part of the legend 'Nemo Me Impune Lacesset' which would make it one of the turner types issued for Charles 1st. A bit of a clean may help to identify just which issue it is.

Thank you for the info grumpyjohn, I will let it soak for a couple of days then try a little brush with a tooth brush again, if i get it any cleaner I will put an updated picture here.
In the mean time i will google your suggestion.

Well found!  :)       Photoshop can be quicker than vinegar or oil...  :)   Well spotted GJ!   :)   There might be a small II to the right on the diameter of the obverse, so it might be Charles II, or it might be just corrosion...

Update.
After having under a microscope and lots of researching, seems it is most likely a Charles ll 2p!
