George III shilling
« on: November 23, 2017, 05:27:53 PM »
This is the best George III silver coin I have ever found.  Winkled out of an Angus field using XP Deus, V4, on "deep" setting.  Not deep at around 4".
Howard.

Well done, Howard! We've found two of these, both dated 1816. I think 1819 is rarer. :) :)

Looks like it was lost around 1820!  :)   Good one Howard!
