Cheers Jim and grant for providing the land. Best for me today 1922 half crown and a unusual patterned spindle whorl.

Got a nice wee silver sixpence 1921 and a George V penny in real good nick in the same area.

Pretty worn George III farthing in the stubble field.. only know it's him from the direction facing and the nose and wreath... can just make out the III from by his forehead - date cannot be made out.

Brechin saddlers badge - Donaldson I think- from wee triangle field beside the castle and a round lead weight or counter in same place.  Good day- thanks for organising it guys.

Posting this up for Colin , he found it in the stubble field in front of castle. It's a Charles II sixteenth dollar dated 1677. Great find and quite rare at that.
