DS1812 Hammy
« on: December 24, 2018, 03:56:54 PM »
Hi folks.  Here's the hammy I found at Aberuthven - my first complete one  :o  It seems to be an Elizabeth I threepence from 1579 - correct me if I'm wrong.  It's almost identical to one from 1578 in the Spink's catalogue - No. 2573.  I also found a love token with initials engraved on both sides - and I'm sure I can see the teeth marks!

Cheers and Merry Xmas  :D
