Twechar dig
« on: April 28, 2019, 08:23:18 PM »
It was hard going today lots of tin cans and scrap but stuck it out and was rewarded with a 1922 sixpence and a piece of scrap silver. Weather and having a good bleather also made it a good day. Please add your pics of your finds on this post.

Aye, it was not a bad day at all.  My chuckle muscles got a good bit exercise too!  Well done on the big lump of scrap silver.

Hi Bluetoon15
Do you have any idea what the item to the right of the bottle is? I found one of these about 2 years ago and have searched high & low to find out what it is but to no avail. I don't want to chuck it out just yet! Thanks and glad you enjoyed the dig.

Thanks Drewgra on the day I said it may be a bong end (not that I am into anything like the drug scene) but it just looked like one to me....
