NB that those wind speeds are peak.  I always use xcweather which gives more accurate information:

Click on the 1Hr  option at the top of Sundays weather to see it in more detail ( as opposed to 3Hr chunks)

I'm ex-RAF Aircrew so I do appreciate an accurate forecast.  Unfortunately there is no such thing but xcweather is better than most.  As for Tide Times, if you have an Android phone look for an app called "Tide Times".
