Sunday the 26th January. Stirling
« on: January 17, 2020, 10:22:04 AM »
We have been given the go to detect stubble and grass fields that have produced hammered and early milled for us in the past. We haven’t been here for 5 years and 2 of the 3 fields have been deep ploughed since. Sign up below or send a pm on here.  Cheers.

I'm interested in coming along for my first dig. Is there a cost involved?

Hi I’m new. How do I sign up for the dig and how much does it cost?  This is my 1st dig and I’ve recently started detecting.
No such thing as bad weather.
Just inappropriate clothing.

Hi slackrabbit, you just put your name down on this list, just say you want to go, as the others above you have. Its £10 payable on the day. You will get a personal message on the Saturday (the night before the dig) giving you the postcode & directions and any special instructions. Its generally meet after 9am for a 9.30 start. Jim does a wee "shout" at 9.30 to tell you which fields etc. And then its good luck all 😊
