have you got these in scotland yet ,they make funny noises and they just stare at you not frightened at all ,i think they are good for the wool they are cute things dont you think.         please leave your comments    .......regards

We did try and introduce them ,but the Haggis ate them all  ;) ;) ;D
These are from Peru, my daughter was trekking there last summer & i got alpaca hat.scarf,blanket ..She helped the Peruvian economy no end as we ALL got wool based gifts .LOL :) :)

Sheep and Coos are bad enough without having to keep an eye out for those things while your detecting  :o

There are a couple of them in a field at the back of Alyth, and 1 or 2 at the Glenshee Pottery on the A93 at the Lair. Seen some in other areas as well. Not 100% sure if they are alpacas or llamas, look quite similar. Been told they are good for keeping foxes away from flocks of sheep.

Did you spot these in a field on the A696 just south of Otterburn? There was over 30 there when I drove down that way last week. Have seen 5 or 6 at a time before but never seen so many in the one field.

Driving back from a rally in England las year, I passed a field full of camels.
