wanted middle and lower minelab 705 stem

I am looking for a replacement middle and lower Minelab 705 stem as mines seem to have stuck together !

I reckon with a little lube we can get them unstuck.

Sorry I don't have one , but have you tried spraying WD40 at the join this should release the small stub spring in the shaft and also help to penetrate any debris stuck in the join.
Just let it soak overnight

Hope this works.

The small stub spring has disappeared !!! So that must be stuck inside !!!

If it is stuck inside then you might be able to retreive it once you have seperated the shafts.
It should be made of thin metal and like a V shaped flexible bar with the stubs ( little button )at each end.
These sometimes fall inside if crap gets into the small hole.
Just need a bit of manual dexterity to refit it.

Just like I said a bit of lube a bit of manual  dexterity  and the shaft should come unstuck.
