Title: Finds from Saturday
Post by: budge1 on March 06, 2016, 12:41:40 AM
Out on Saturday and did a lot of digging, best finds were a lead button  and a strip of lead folded in half with a design on it and looks like it has been painted red.

Thanks for the comments, disk with markings on it is a large button  Stuart , I couldn't tell you the age of lead button but I hope its old and the  damaged thing Sam, I have no idea what it is but my first thoughts was a badge of an early airplane engine. And thanks Chris, will give that a go.

My good pal Mr Bling found this on Sunday and at first thought it was a fishing real hanging on a fence, so he thought it would be a good idea  to poke it, not sure if he had got a buzz or not he decided to poke it again, not sure if it was as good as his hammy dance but he did dance, PMSL.
