Eight months ago Brian Meilak of Canberra in Australia decided to collect, from various sources, information on cricket buckles and create a book for himself.

English detectorists weren't stumped and have contributed a few more examples for Brian's second book.

Sent Brian a few pics of the two that I found.....he was pleased as one he hadn't seen before and the other he had only seen with bits missing ...was glad to help him out

Brian Meilak has produced V2 of his Cricket Buckles and I have updated my blog.
He has included the examples supplied by Stephen Grey and Matt Bullimore and many from the UKDFD.

Found one of mine on page 177 lol..........took ages as there's over 900 pages and I've only been halfway through good variety of buckles and some interesting information about them
