Highlight the box with IMG written on the top then tap cut at the top of the page

Then go on the detecting Scotland Web site,open a message box tap hold and the words paste will come up tap that and a load of words will come up that's your picture when you press post the picture will be on the post.

If your pictures are always big on the screen then you are using the default size that photobucket gives you, you have to choose one that suits.

When I first started posting in fishing forums before DS existed lol I had the same issue but once you change you'd default setting to the size of your choice it's sorted.
