Another Fozzy hammered and Ring Thing

This post include's a photo taken on Fozzy's IPhone which as you can see is fantastic :  )

The silver coin is another yawn English Penny (long cross) of Edward I - with Latin Legend saying Civitas London meaning minted and struck in London - as for the ring thing cannae make out much detail to give it any thought?

Nice one fozzy I agree with Barry some sort of swivel maybe late medieval.
