Unable to enter a new post
« on: September 05, 2017, 10:48:39 AM »
Maybe I am doing something wrong as my computer skills are not legendary.  I have been trying to put in a new post about an item I found recently but just get a message saying I have already put that post in.  If I have already put in that post (a wee Masonic badge) successfully then I cannot see it!
Or is the site telling me in a subtle way that I am hogging too much space?

Ah Gerry, yes I see your point.  I was able to get that one up.  It was another I was trying to put up (showing a masonic badge I found last Sunday) but for some reason it would not be accepted.  I might try it again in case the site has had second thoughts.  I did wonder though if I could be hogging too many photos.

I have tried again but still get the message "you have already sent that post".  Well I know I have hit the button that should send it but it has never appeared.
Probably something I am doing wrong.

Thanks for all help.  I have now managed to get the post up, with photo.  I think it was my computer skills that let me down.  Maybe something to do with me changing the name of a photograph before I tried to put it onto the site.  Think I need Uncle Bob to give me a lesson on how to work these things.  Everything was simpler in the steam age.
